Small groups consist of a small number of people in relationship who meet regularly for prayer, evangelism and discipleship, providing an environment that gives personal accountability and commitment. The group is given leadership by a small group leader with the help of assistant leaders. The group is accountable to and given oversight by the elders of the church. The small group (or life group) is the basic building block of our church.
