Leadership & Staff

The oversight of the church is structured according to the pattern of the churches in the New Testament. A team of elders, led by the senior or lead elder (in our case, the pastor of the church) make unified decisions through regular meeting and participation.

The eldership team is supported by a group of leaders who facilitate various ministries in the church.  These include worship, prayer, discipleship, outreach, youth and children, and administration.  The youth/children ministry is led by a youth director.
